Are you licensed?

We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage with specialisation in Residential Sales and Property Management.
Can I reach you after hours?

For emergencies only.
Can you put the money directly into my account?

We deposit directly to all our owner accounts.
Do you sell real estate too?

Yes, we do, and because we manage over 200 units in Edmonton we are better positioned to educate our buyer clients on the terrain, tenant profiles, rental and vacancy rates for each neighborhood.
How and when do I get my checks?

On or before the 7th of the month.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

One month's rent.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?

Per the RTA, we hold the security deposits in a Trust Account. This ensures compliance with the legal requirements in Alberta.
